Clinical Reasoning

OPTIMA AI is built to simulate the decision logic stages of clinical reasoning, from diagnosis review to integration of new treatment efficacy learning into the next pharmacological intervention recommendation.

EHR In-Basket

OPTIMA AI functions in an interoperability and surveillance modality with electronic health record (EHR). Changes in patient status are received from EHR. Pharmacological intervention recommendations are sent to the treating physician’s EHR In-Basket, available for review and subsequent decision. The decision process is integrated into the existing clinical care flow.

Patient Portal

OPTIMA AI encourages the patient to contribute to a shared-decision modality by providing up to date disease management status and a periodic “dialog” to reporting medication efficacy, experienced side-effects, and treatment convenience.

Cardiovascular Risk

OPTIMA AI mission is to lower cardiovascular risk through the pharmacological management of heart conditions. To further decrease the cardiovascular risk, a transfer of care decision logic ensures that the clinical care team acts on directing the patient to the appropriate provider, eliminating care management delays.
